【工作内容】
- 协助Pre-Contract团队完成合同管理与合同执行相关流程，包括合同生成、条款审核、版本控制及归档，确保所有文件符合公司合规要求及全球TSO业务目标；
- 负责合同相关文档的收集、整理、录入与系统化管理，依据标准化流程完成数据录入与电子档案归档，保障信息准确性和可追溯性；
- 支持销售报价与合同创建工作，根据客户需求及内部成本结构，协助编制精准的销售报价单与正式合同文本，确保内容完整、格式规范；
- 参与邮件与任务的分类处理与分派，优化内部协作效率，及时响应内外部客户关于合同进度、状态查询等复杂问题，维护良好的沟通关系；
- 配合开展合同执行前的准备工作，包括审批流程跟进、关键节点提醒、跨部门协调支持，确保合同按时启动并进入执行阶段；
- 在指导下参与合同管理系统的操作与维护，定期更新项目状态，确保Job Management System中信息实时、准确；
- 主动学习合同管理相关制度与行业标准，积极进行知识分享与经验传递，协助团队成员提升专业能力与工作效率。
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，韩语/朝鲜语听说读写能力流利，具备良好的语言表达与书面沟通能力；
- 具备在校生或应届生背景，有合同管理、行政支持或相关实习经验者优先；
- 工作态度积极认真，责任心强，具备良好的时间管理能力和多任务处理能力；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具备基本的数据处理与文档编辑能力；
- 年龄不限，对合同管理与合同执行工作有浓厚兴趣，愿意在国际化环境中持续学习与成长。
