职位描述：
1.负责光器件方案设计，包括光学结构设计、关键物料选型与性能指标分解。
2.参与光器件的原理验证与样品制作，跟踪器件级测试并优化设计参数。
3.跟进光器件新技术、新工艺的动态，开展前沿技术调研与可行性评估。
4.协同工艺、测试、采购团队，推动器件从设计到量产的工程转化。
5.编写器件规格书、设计文档及相关技术专利的交底材料。
岗位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，光电信息科学与工程、光电子技术、光学工程等相关专业。
2.通过英语四级（CET-4），能够阅读英文光器件规格书与学术文献。
3.理论知识扎实，掌握几何光学、物理光学、光纤通信等核心课程内容。
4.学习能力强，对光器件前沿技术保持好奇心，能快速吸收新知识。
5.逻辑清晰，善于从光学原理出发推导器件性能的影响因素。
