【工作内容】
1、协助HRBP开展招聘工作，满足用人部门需求；
2、协助组织内部培训与文化活动，早会活动等专项实施；
3、协助进行考勤管理、绩效扣补等、数据录入及月度报表制作，为业务部门提供人力数据支持；

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上在读学生，人力资源、心理学、管理学等相关专业；
2、熟悉office办公软件操作，数据处理有一定敏感度，具备良好的文档撰写能力；
3、性格开朗，沟通表达能力强，具备较强的亲和力与服务意识，能适应制造工厂环境；
4、实习6个月以上，实习期五天八小时制，公司包食宿，提供实习津贴；
5、工作地在湖北咸宁敏实，提供通勤班车往返咸宁与武汉。 公司简要介绍：
