Wholesale Intern – Based in Shanghai office
WHAT YOU WILL DO
? Handling daily wholesale commercial and/or operations administrative including credit not and returns workflows etc.
? Ad-hoc administrative tasks in response to client needs, such as providing delivery schedules, preparing delivery documents, communicate guidelines, general support and more.
? Assist Wholesale Area Manager with communications to clients related to product, showroom preparation, Training and Marketing.

? Organized and excels in task organization with attention to detail
? Able to work under ambiguity and autonomous
? Detail-focused and ensures precision in all work aspects
? Effective communicator, skilled in engaging with both internal and external partners
Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
? University degree in business administration, economics or similar
? Previous similar office internship experience and/or customer service and is meriting
? Strong communication and numerical/analytical skills
? Proficient in MS Office skills (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
? Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, additional language skills are meriting
