工作内容：
1. 协助制作展会项目所需资料，负责整理项目组文件和数据库存档；
2. 负责接待参展和参观咨询，整理咨询信息，负责项目组公共邮箱的管理；
3. 负责完成项目组内各项公司审批流程，包括签章、财务收付款等；
4. 负责开具参展商和参观观众赴德邀请函；
5. 协助展会现场活动的组织和执行；
6. 协助市场部进行宣传资料的准备和核对。
职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历；
2. 熟练的英语表达、读写能力；
3. 1年以上会展行业相关工作经验（应届毕业生有会展行业实习经验）；
4. 良好的沟通能力和信息收集整理能力；
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件；
5. 工作积极主动，勇于迎接挑战，责任心强、具有较强的执行力和团队合作意识。 公司简要介绍：
