岗位职责：
1、为业务部门的人员需求提供招聘支持和帮助；
2、在招聘平台进行简历寻访，简历评估，预约面试，管理面试流程等；
3、维护招聘系统数据，统计岗位进展及候选人情况；
4、根据业务需要，协助招聘经理完成其他招聘工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（硬性要求211/985/双一流），人力资源管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先；
2、有招聘经验优先，有英语口语能力者优先；
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
4、结果导向，有闭环意识，表现优异毕业后可转正留用；
5、每周可保证5天及以上实习，连续实习3个月以上者优先。
