Job Responsibilities

1.Operation documents management and filing
2.Support on daily OP team payment, expenses requisition arrangement, incl. contract chopping and delivery, invoice and related tasks.
3.Stores related information update and consolidation, support store materials order and arrangement.
4.Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, coordinate the communications with other departments for stores.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above (senior or graduate); candidates with science background are preferred
2.Fluent in both Chinese and English
3.Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft tools; strong Excel capability required.
4.Luxury or retail related experience is a plus
