JOB SUMMARY
To lead team in
Maintaining & optimizing OMIS system to improve work accuracy and effectiveness of Corp. costing team and site users，training users to use them correctly.
Consolidating site reports for top management to make strategic decision
Analyzing and highlighting operation issues and tracking the resolution result.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and optimize OMIS System, Forecast Sales/NVA & DL/MC Hours System.
2. Ensure all sites to build and update BOM & Routing timely and accurately
3. Ensure all sites to collect production data correctly and input in SAP timely, all products should be transferred for stocking timely, all production orders should be closed timely.
4. Ensure all sites to use OMIS system correctly, analyze the variance between actual and should be, and track the improvement result.
5. Provide accurate group Rev/NVA/MPBT of LC (Latest Commitment) & OMIS for top management to make strategic decisions.
6. Provide accurate consolidation report of forecast loading, space U%, Capex tracking sales/NVA/MPBT, etc and highlight main issues for management to do improvement.
7. Review Capex application and machine PUL to propose idle equipment transfer and disposal.
8. Provide relative data for company performance implementing.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
