Primary responsibilities：
Talent Acquisition:
Understand the needs from the hiring manager and complete the recruitment procedures, etc
Select suitable candidates and jointly interview with hiring managers, etc
Maintain the recruitment tracker and make recruitment analysis, etc

Staffing:
Onboard and Quit procedures, including orientation, system maintenance, etc
Employee contract management, probation management, etc
Organize and maintain employee personal files
In charge of monthly O-chart update

Others:
Monthly attendance record consolidation, overtime payment calculation, etc
Responsible for HR related reports
Support on global projects
Complete the ad hoc tasks assigned

Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor degree is required
Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and Chinese to keep good relationship with internal and external
Advanced computer skills, Excel & PowerPoint skill is must.
Ability to respond appropriately to routine HR-related questions from managers and employees
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet competing workplace demands and appropriately prioritize
Attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information
Customer focused all the time with ability to balance empathy for people with business needs;
