Purpose of position
职位目的

Our management associate program is a 24 months development program. You will participate in multiple workshops and assignments as an individual contributor in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.


Minimum Experience & Qualifications
岗位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Industrial Engineering is preferred.
2. Strong lean mindset and proven problem-solving abilities.
3. Open-minded, energetic, and dynamic.
4. Fluent English communication skills.
5. Team player with excellent communication, social, and intercultural competencies.

Responsibilities

1. Support the rollout of lean initiatives to enhance lean culture and competence.
2. Identify improvement opportunity and drive for implementation.
3. Lead specific lean and digitalization project or initiatives assigned.
4. Execute and share best lean practices within the organization.
