Objectives of job工作任务
Conduct measurement and inspection tasks as support for Project Manager Quality and act as deputy of project manager internal and to the customer for related project topics.
支持项目质量经理制定测量和检测计划，作为内部和外部项目质量经理的代理者。

Measurement and inspection activities: 测量与检验计划

● Set up individual components and final products measurement and inspection plan
● 制定单独零件和成品的测量计划。
● Responsible for triggering and evaluating the measurement and inspection of the parts (e.g. function, dimension, surface properties, dimensional accuracy, etc.)
● 负责检验效果的跟踪（例如：功能性，尺寸，表面等）与评估。
● Define product 3D measurement frequency plan, and support creating reports through eMMA software.
● 定义产品3D测量频率，并支持eMMA相关报告的创建。
● Monitor the series related tests during project phase，using statistical methods of quality assurance. In case recognizing deviations, set up team to identify correction solutions, according to values /dimensional allowances.
● 使用统计学方法评估项目阶段相关实验的结果。识别偏差后，组织团队讨论整改方案。
● Lead and create control plan with relevant team members support.
● 主导生产控制计划的创建。
● Support CCC team to establish and complete CCC certification documents
● 支持CCC团队创建并完成相关证书文件。

Test equipments and gauges: 测量设备与检具

● Specify test equipment according to test requirements and standards.
● 根据实验 要求与标准识别需要的测量设备。
● Lead gauge measurement system completion before series usages.
● 带领团队在正式使用前，完成测量系统分析。
● Support & Coordination tasks
● 支持与协调性工作
● Support to project quality manager for project documentation consolidation, change management evaluation if necessary.
● 在必要情况下，支持项目质量经理整理相关文件，变更评估的细化。 公司简要介绍：
