Job summary:
The Commercial Assistant Intern supports the Global Key Account Manager in managing and developing strategic customer accounts in Asia Pacific by providing commercial, analytical, and coordination support. The role contributes to customer satisfaction and profitable growth through preparation of commercial materials, sales and market analysis, follow-up on customer requests, and facilitation of internal alignment across functions (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance)

Responsibilities:
1. Support day-to-day account management activities: customer requests, follow-ups, and action tracking
2. Collect, clean, and analyze sales data and summarize insights for the GKAM
3. Assist with quotation management
4. Coordinate internally with key stakeholders to ensure timely responses and smooth execution (order follow-up, sample/order delivery status, claims, escalations).
5. Conduct market and customer research (industry trends, competitor mapping, regulation, registration, customer news) to support account strategy.
6. Support preparation for meetings and Tech Day

Requirements:
? Chemistry, Biology, Business or related student (Bachelor/Master)
? Good communication skills in Chinese and English
? Proficient in Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
? Can-do attitude
? Curiosity and interest in B2B commercial environments, key account management, and customer-centric problem solving
