Talent Acquisition Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruiter Intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
?Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
? Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting.
? Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
? Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
? Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
? Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment
?Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
?Learning and applying best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
? Assist in onboarding processes as needed.
Mini requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
?Minimum of 3 months of internship experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.

Requirements:
? Strong interest in recruitment operations.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Detail-oriented and well-organized.
? Comfortable using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
