【工作内容】
1、协助工程师进行生产线布局规划，收集并分析生产节拍与作业数据；
2、参与标准工时测定与动作研究，优化作业流程以提升生产效率；
3、负责工装夹具的简易改良设计，配合解决现场装配工艺问题；
4、整理IE改善案例报告，协助推进精益生产项目落地与成果固化；
5、对接生产部门日常需求，协调跨部门资源确保改善计划顺利执行。

【任职要求】
1、工业工程、机械工程或相关专业在读本科生，具备基础IE知识；
2、熟悉Office办公软件，掌握CAD等绘图软件运用；
3、具备良好的数据分析能力与逻辑思维，能适应车间现场工作；
4、可以实习6个月，五天八小时工作制，包吃包住，提供实习津贴。 公司简要介绍：
