Technical Basics:
-Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with good coding habits.
-Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, APIs, and version control (e.g. Git).
-Basic knowledge of AI / LLM-related concepts, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted application development.
-Experience with AI development framework or platform, such as Dify, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar low-code / orchestration frameworks, with the ability to build simple AI workflows or applications.
-Hands-on experience (academic projects, personal projects, or internships) in integrating AI models via APIs, performing basic debugging and optimization is a plus.

Soft Skills:
-Strong willingness to learn and adapt to different roles.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.

Language:
-Proficient in English (listening and speaking);
-Or good English background and willing to improve English in short period.

What You Will Do
-Support the development and testing of AI application, including coding, unit testing, and API integration alongside engineers to ensure the prototype meets initial business needs.
-Assist in preparing project-related documentation, including requirement specifications, technical proposals, test reports.
-Gain hands-on experience in software development and/or technical support, depending on your skills and interests.
-Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining applications or supporting IT systems and resolving technical issues.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure smooth operations.
-Learn and apply best practices in coding, system administration, and customer support. Technical Basics:
