职责描述：

1. Assist in developing weekly and daily production schedules based on sales orders, market demand, and capacity data.
根据车间产能数据，协助编制周度及每日计划与排程。

2. Track production progress, material supply, and quality status; promptly report any exceptions (e.g., equipment failure, material shortage) and help coordinate solutions.
跟踪生产进度、物料供应及品质状况，及时反馈计划执行中的异常情况（如缺料），协助修改计划。

3. Maintain daily communication with procurement, warehouse, and production departments; help coordinate material supply and demand to ensure smooth production.
与采购、生产等相关部门保持日常沟通，协助协调物料供需关系，确保生产顺利进行。

4. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。

Requirements
招聘要求
1. Current university/college student or graduate at least an associate degree. Majors in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields preferred. Candidates from other majors with strong sense of responsibility are also welcome.
大专及以上学历在读或毕业生，物流管理、工业工程、供应链管理、机械制造或相关专业优先。专业不限但需具备强烈的责任心。

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of basic data entry and analysis.
能够熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据录入与统计分析能力。

3. Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
工作细致认真，责任心强，做事严谨。

4. Good communication and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to peak-season workload and temporary assignments.
具备较好的沟通协调能力、团队合作意识和一定的抗压能力，能够适应业务高峰期间的工作节奏与临时任务安排。


5. Internship period: Priority given to candidates available for full-time internship.
