岗位职责：
1、制定电驱产品检验标准与作业指导书，主导来料、过程及成品的质量检验策划
2、监控生产过程质量数据，运用 SPC 等工具分析波动趋势，推动过程能力提升
3、处理生产过程中的不合格品，组织评审并制定返工 / 特采方案，跟踪闭环
4、参与新产品试产及工艺验证，识别潜在质量风险并输出改进建议
5、主导质量改进项目，通过柏拉图、鱼骨图等工具分析质量问题，降低不良率

岗位要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，机械 、车辆、电子、测量仪器等相关专业
2、具备基础的阅读机械图纸能力，会使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等软件更佳
3、英语口语流利、读写熟练
