Position Overview
岗位概述

This position will be mainly responsible for quality planning for new project, deal with customer requirement which was related to quality. Work individually, have good sense and judgment to deal with customer quality issues. To lead team members to do continuous improvement
主要负责新项目的质量策划，早期质量风险的识别与预防，满足与质量相关的客户要求。
独立工作，对处理客户质量问题有良好的判断力。
与跨部门项目团队成员合作进行持续改进

Responsibilities & Qualifications
工作职责和任职要求

Responsibilities
工作职责 :
To ensure new project smoothly launch, major duties as below:
1、Take charge of new product quality planning and control within company target;
2、Participate product& process design review to make sure customer requirements and TE quality spec has been implemented.
3、Participate new project sample building、Run& Rate, and lead customer audit.
4. Define product quality standard: Quality inspection plan、Appearance defect mode、Control Plan etc.
5、Responsible for PPAP submit and Lead New Product Safe- launch activity implement and analysis quality issues till to exit it. Problem solve skills with process improvement, method such as: PFMEA、SPC、MSA、8D.
6、Leading the problem finding, analysis, corrective and preventive actions as well as making 8D report;

确保新项目完美启动，主要工作如下：

1、负责新产品的APQP质量策划和控制;
2、参与产品和工艺设计评审，确保客户要求和TE质量规范得到执行。
3、参与新项目样品制作质量管理，设备质量验收，客户对新项目的审核。
4、制定产品质量标准: 控制计划，质量检验计划，外观缺陷模式等。
5、负责PPAP的准备与递交，新项目试运行质量管理，问题的分析和改善，直至达到量产要求。
6、负责Lead跨部门团队对新项目客户投诉问题的分析、纠正和预防措施，并制作8D报告;

Qualifications

Education
教育背景

Bachelor degree majored in electronic or mechanical related engineering.
本科学历，汽车，电子，机械，质量相关专业

Technical Skill & Competencies
专业能力 Process audit and product audit skills;
Familiar with special characteristic symbol requirements
Good English skills of written and spoken;
Aggressive and self-motivated
熟练使用统计分析工具，优秀的问题解决和分析能力
具有项目管理能力，逻辑思维与出色的写作技巧
