职位要求
1.大专及以上学历的在读学生（大三、大四优先）或应届毕业生，专业不限（行政管理、英语、农学等相关专业更佳）。
2. 工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的耐心和条理性。
3. 能够适应农业基地的工作环境。
4. 熟练使用Office（Excel\Word\PPT）办公软件及自动化设备。
汇报：汇报给种植经理和基地运营经理
岗位职责
与生产管理团队协调和调动工人资源
计算和检查农场工人的收获和种植时间
定期审查收获成本和kpi，以确保收获目标的实现
协助农场经理对工人进行评估，并向农场经理和公司人员报告最终结果。
统计分析采种成本和效率，制作人工记录、采摘记录和计件率报表，并及时发送邮件给相关人员
协助部门完成内部和外部联络，包括承包商等
保证及时缴纳农网水电费
确定并积极参与生产部门的3BL项目。
协助组织团队成员参加活动。
协助公司在收获季节招聘农场采摘员
负责协助生产部门的日常行政工作，为业务提供支持
保持农场办公室整洁
其他由直线经理或领导团队安排的工作
