岗位职责：
1、负责海外供应商开发、对接、商务谈判、报价核算及合同拟定。
2、跟进海外订单下达、交期跟进、对账结算、信用证/外贸单据处理。
3、管控海外供方交付、质量异常对接，协调物流、清关相关事宜。
4、维护海外供应商关系，定期评估供方能力，推进供方改善。
5、完成上级安排的其他海外供应链商务相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、供应链、相关语言类专业；
2、沟通协调能力强，能高效对接供应商及内部各相关部门。
3、能吃苦耐劳，韧性强、抗压能力好，责任心强，工作认真细致。
4、具备基本的办公软件操作能力，有良好的执行力和协作意识，立即沟通
5、英语可进行商务读写，邮件沟通，能进行基础的口语交流谈判优先；


Job Responsibilities

Develop and communicate with overseas suppliers, conduct business negotiations, quotation calculation and contract drafting.
Track overseas order placement, delivery schedule, statement reconciliation and payment settlement, and handle L/C and foreign trade documents.
Manage overseas supplier delivery, coordinate quality issues, and handle logistics and customs clearance matters.
Maintain relationships with overseas suppliers, regularly assess supplier capacity and drive supplier improvement.
Complete other overseas supply chain commercial tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Supply Chain, foreign languages or related fields.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for efficient liaison with suppliers and internal departments.
Hard-working, resilient, capable of working under pressure, responsible and meticulous.
Skilled in basic office software, strong execution and teamwork awareness, able to communicate promptly.
Able to conduct business reading, writing and email communication in English; basic oral communication and negotiation capability is preferred. 公司简要介绍：
