1.需求确认： 与用人部门沟通招聘需求，明确岗位画像、核心胜任力及录用标准，制定招聘计划。
2.渠道管理： 独立运营各类招聘渠道（BOSS直聘、猎聘、智联、内部推荐、校园招聘等），定期评估渠道效果并优化投放策略。
3.简历筛选与寻访： 主动搜索和筛选简历，进行电话/线上初步沟通，评估候选人基本匹配度及求职动机。
4.面试组织： 协调安排业务面试，参与初面评估，收集并整理面试评价意见，推进面试流程。
5.Offer与入职： 进行薪资谈判、背景调查、Offer发放，协助候选人完成入职前准备及入职跟进。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先
2.有招聘经验者优先，有英语口语能力者优先
3.具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力
4.结果导向，有闭环意识
5.表现优秀者有转正机会
