岗位职责：
1、负责产品整机及关键部件的结构静力和及动力学分析；
2、主导产品结构优化设计，提出轻量化方案；
3、编写仿真分析报告，参与设计评审并为产品设计提供关键技术支持；
4、参与或主导仿真规范和标准的编制，建立产品仿真指导文件；
5、动态跟进行业内外固体力学、仿真技术等相关技术应用的发展，开展新技术、新方向的预研工作。
任职要求：
1、2027届硕士及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、力学等相关专业；
2、具备一定建模和绘图能力；掌握材料力学、弹塑性力学基础等相关知识，了解金属/复合材料失效机理；
3、熟悉至少一种主流CAE工具（ANSYS/ABAQUS/HYPERWORKS/SIMCENTER3D等）；
4、熟悉机械典型结构的仿真建模技术，有相关项目经验优先；
5、有创新意识、较强的执行力以及团队协作能力。


流体方向
岗位职责：
1、负责产品开发过程中流体相关需求评估、方案设计、难点攻关、性能优化等工作；
2、负责流体核心部件如风机等的开发工作；
3、编写仿真分析报告，参与设计评审并为产品设计提供关键技术支持；
4、参与或主导流体仿真规范和标准的制定，建立产品仿真指导文件；
5、动态跟进行业内外流体力学、气动噪声相关技术应用的发展，开展新技术、新方向的预研工作。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，热能与动力工程、流体力学、空气动力学等相关专业；
2、具备一定建模和绘图能力，掌握流体力学理论基础；
3、熟悉至少一种主流CFD工具，如Fluent、Star CCM+等；
4、熟悉典型问题的流体试验方法，有多相流仿真及试验设计经验优先；
5、有创新意识、较强的执行力以及团队协作能力。


Structure Track
Job Responsibilities

Conduct static and dynamic structural analysis for complete products and key components.
Lead structural optimization and put forward lightweight design proposals.
Compile simulation reports, take part in design reviews and provide core technical support for product development.
Participate in or lead the formulation of simulation specifications and standards, and establish simulation guidelines for products.
Keep track of advances in solid mechanics and simulation technologies inside and outside the industry, and conduct pre-research on new technologies.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2027, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanics or related fields.
Able to conduct modeling and drawing; grasp the fundamentals of material mechanics and elastoplastic mechanics; understand failure mechanisms of metals and composite materials.
Familiar with at least one mainstream CAE software (ANSYS / ABAQUS / HyperWorks / Simcenter3D, etc.).
Master simulation modeling methods for typical mechanical structures. Relevant project experience is preferred.
Innovative mindset, strong execution and teamwork skills.

Fluid Track
Job Responsibilities

Complete fluid-related work during product development, including demand evaluation, scheme design, technical problem solving and performance optimization.
Develop core fluid components such as fans.
Write simulation analysis reports, join design reviews and provide key technical support for product design.
Participate in or lead the establishment of fluid simulation specifications and standards, and formulate product simulation documents.
Follow the development of fluid mechanics and aerodynamic noise technologies in the industry, and carry out pre-research on new technologies and research directions.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or above, majoring in Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Aerodynamics or related fields.
Capable of modeling and drawing with solid theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics.
Skilled in at least one mainstream CFD tool, such as Fluent, Star CCM+, etc.
Familiar with fluid test methods for common engineering problems. Experience in multiphase flow simulation and test design is preferred.
