Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist engineers in 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing design of turbocharger core components, including turbine wheel, compressor wheel, bearing system and housing parts, and complete preliminary drawing review and dimension calibration.

2. Support turbocharger performance simulation and analysis work, sort out simulation data of aerodynamic performance, structural strength and thermal stability, and assist in compiling simulation analysis reports.

3. Assist in tracking prototype trial production and bench test of turbocharger products, record test data, sort out test problems, and collate test summary documents.

4. Sort out and organize product R&D technical documents, including design specifications, part BOM lists, technical change records and validation reports, and maintain standardized R&D file archives.

5. Assist in learning and sorting out domestic and foreign turbocharger industry technical standards, new product development trends and competitor product technical parameters.

6. Cooperate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality and testing departments to complete daily technical communication and auxiliary support work for project progress.

7. Complete other temporary turbocharger R&D and design auxiliary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering and Thermal Engineering or other related majors, with internship available for 1 year.

2. Have basic professional knowledge of automobile powertrain, turbocharging principle, mechanical structure design and material mechanics; familiar with basic working principle of turbocharger is preferred.

3. Proficient in using mainstream design software such as Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, UG; familiar with ANSYS or other simulation software is a plus.

4. Master basic reading and writing skills of English technical documents, able to understand foreign industry technical materials and standard specifications.

5. Possess rigorous logical thinking, strong data sorting ability and careful work attitude, able to efficiently complete daily auxiliary R&D work.

6. Have good team communication ability, strong learning initiative and pressure resistance, and passion for automotive core component R&D industry.

7. Priority will be given to those with relevant mechanical design, automobile part R&D internship experience or project competition experience.
