Job Responsibilities:
1.Quotation creation (customer master data, credit check according to internal specifications, preparation of offers, obtaining approvals according to drawing guidelines, sending)
创建报价单（客户信息维护，客户信用度查询， 准备报价资料，获得相关审批）
2.Quotation processing (Answering or forwarding enquiries, updating, obtaining approvals in accordance with drawing guidelines, sending)
跟进报价（回复客户的相关咨询， 更新报价并获得相关审批）
3.Order creation after receive sample (Order creation with/without reference to quotation, commercial contract review incl. risk assessment, if necessary comparison of payment terms, if necessary obtaining approvals according to drawing guidelines, creation and sending of order confirmation)
收到样品后创建订单（根据报价单创建订单，审核相关的商业合同包括风险评估以及相关的付款条款）
4.Order maintenance/ order update, ensure timely completion of this project to product quality, improve customer satisfaction
跟进项目，包括开具相关发票以及差率费报销等
5.Send the report, upload the report as required by the client, and fill in the information of the major client system
发送报告，按客户要求上传报告，填写大客户系统相关信息
6.To completes any additional/ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级领导分配的任何额外/临时任务
Job Requirements:
1.2027 recent graduates
2027年应届毕业生
2.Able to work under pressure
抗压能力强
3.Customer oriented, strong communication skills
以客户为导向，沟通能力强
4.At least work 3 days per week and last 6 months
每周至少实习3个工作日，且连续实习6个月以上
