About the Role:
This role focuses on applying AI, digital technologies, and systems thinking to solve real business problems, improve project management processes, and build scalable internal solutions. The intern will support the development and adoption of AI-enabled project management capabilities in a real business environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys exploring AI, building practical tools, understanding how systems work, and creating better ways of working.

LOCATION: Suzhou, China
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
? Explore, test, and apply practical AI use cases to improve project management processes, productivity, user experience, and decision-making.
? Support the design and continuous improvement of AI-enabled project management workflows and internal solutions.
? Translate business requirements into clear system features, workflows, data structures, and business rules.
? Participate in solution testing, validation, issue tracking, and platform optimization.
? Develop or improve lightweight tools, scripts, applications, or automations that solve practical business problems.
? Support data management, reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
? Gather user feedback and support documentation, training materials, knowledge-base content, and user adoption.
You are Expected:
? Have a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with regular hands-on use of AI tools in learning, work, or personal projects.
? Be curious, self-motivated, and willing to experiment with new ways of working.
? Understand basic project management concepts such as tasks, milestones, risks, ownership, and status tracking.
? Demonstrate strong logical thinking, systems thinking, and problem-solving capability, with the ability to connect business requirements to data, rules, workflows, and system functions.
? Have hands-on experience using technology to solve practical problems through personal projects, tools, applications, websites, scripts, or digital solutions.
? Experience with websites, mini-programs, internal tools, UI/UX, Airtable, Notion, SharePoint, Power Platform, Feishu Base, scripting, APIs, or lightweight automation is beneficial. Programming experience is helpful but not required.
? Be able to read and learn from English technical resources.
Education/Certifications/Affiliations
? Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
? Basic understanding of mechanical/product design, 2D/3D tools, or engineering principles is preferred.
? Experience using AI tools to build solutions, automate workflows, or improve processes is a plus.
? Candidates with strong AI skills and an interest in product development or engineering are encouraged to apply, regardless of academic background. 公司简要介绍：
