Responsibilities
- Develop tools to optimize linear equalizer for high-speed Ethernet/PCIe active cable application.
- Create and develop evaluation boards that allow customers to evaluate high-speed SERDES products.
- Develop the system level test plan for high-speed Ethernet/PCIe active cables.
- Validating new devices on the bench to ensure device meets specifications for the application(s).
- Test and validate reference design product for customers.

Qualifications
- Knowledge on high-speed linear re-driver, CTLE.
- Knowledge on 100G/200G Ethernet (IEEE 802.3ck and 802.3dj), USB4 and PCIe specifications.
- Experience with RF/high-speed lab instruments (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Ability to use tools, like Matlab, Python, etc.
- Experience in PCB layout/schematic design.
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, physics or related field. 公司简要介绍：
