岗位职责:
● 协助完成进出口货物的报关、报检申报工作，确保单证齐全、申报合规及时
● 跟踪国际物流 shipments 状态，协调货代、报关行、运输公司等外部合作方，保障货物准时到港/出港
● 协助整理和审核贸易单证（发票、装箱单、提单、原产地证等），建立单证归档体系
● 参与海关核查、商检应对等关务合规事务，了解并跟踪相关法规政策变化
● 维护物流台账与数据报表，协助进行物流成本分析与运输路线优化
● 支持保税仓储管理，协助跟踪保税物料的进出核销
● 配合团队完成内部物流流程优化及数字化改善项目
● 完成上级交办的其他物流与关务相关工作

任职资格:
1.学历与专业
● 本科及以上学历在读，物流管理、国际经济与贸易、供应链管理、海关管理、交通运输等相关专业优先
● 大三、大四或研一、研二在读学生，每周可实习4天及以上，实习期不少于6个月
2.语言能力
● 英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的英文读写能力，能处理英文邮件及贸易单证
