职位描述:培养计划 Development Program：The candidate will need to work as shift leader for 1 year (first 4-5 months regular daily work, next 7-8 months shifts work), then rotate to another position within industrial area (e.g. PT, MAIN, QA, IMC, etc.) 第一年作为生产主管的角色，深入生产一线，充分了解生产流程，生产工艺，设备、生产一线人员安排等。第二年起，轮岗至工业领域其他岗位（如生产、技术、维修、质量等）。

培养计划 Development Program：
The candidate will need to work as shift leader for?1 year (first 4-5 months regular daily work, next 7-8 months shifts work), then rotate to another position within industrial area (e.g. PT, MAIN, QA, IMC, etc.) 第一年作为生产主管的角色，深入生产一线，充分了解生产流程，生产工艺，设备、生产一线人员安排等。第二年起，轮岗至工业领域其他岗位（如生产、技术、维修、质量等）。
Shift Leader Job Responsibilities生产主管工作职责：
1.
Responsible for?leading employees during their assigned time period/shift. Supervises operation in the different machines of the production processes. Coordinates schedules, assigns responsibilities and?looks for?opportunities of process improvements. 负责领导员工在指定的时间内, 监督生产过程中不同机器的操作，协调进度安排、分配职责，并寻找流程改进的机会。
2.
Controls and?follows the production process, ensuring the accomplishment of production programs/schedule according to products' specifications, customer needs and?Tenaris quality standards. 控制和遵循生产过程，确保根据产品规范、客户需求和泰纳瑞斯质量标准的生产计划/时间表的完成。
3.
Monitors Process indicators like productivity, utilization, charge to thousand, interruptions, rejections. Optimizes plant's performance and?promotes the compliance of inspection plans and?basic preventive maintenance. 监控过程指标，如生产力、利用率、中断、不合格品等。优化工厂指标，遵守检查计划和基本预防性维护。
4.
To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or?observation, perform inspections and?participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and?the environmental aspect assessment. 为遵守HSE程序，报告任何事故或观察，进行检查并参与调查过程，执行预防/纠正措施。不断更新风险分析和环境方面的评估。
5.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and?develops his/her staff and?manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and?procedures. Protects from damage, theft or?misuse the facilities, equipment and?other physical resources assigned to his/her area. 主动激励、辅导员工，与团队保持沟通并推动人才培养；依据人力资源制度及流程开展各项人事相关工作。负责防范所辖区域内的设施、设备及其他实物资产遭受损毁、失窃或不当使用。
Requirements要求：
1.
Master’s degree, majoring in mechanical/industry related. 硕士及以上学历, 工科背景
2.
Willing to work shifts for?a short-term period (around six months). 可接受短期倒班（约半年）
3.
Able to communicate and?correspond in English.可进行英语沟通和书写
4.
