【工作内容】
1、协助法务团队进行通信行业相关法律法规的检索、整理及案例库更新维护；
2、参与起草、审核日常业务合同及法律文件，重点把控电信增值服务的合规条款；
3、配合处理知识产权申请流程，跟进商标、专利等无形资产的登记与备案工作；
4、协助开展内部法律培训，整理会议纪要并跟进法务建议的落地执行情况。

【任职要求】
1、法学相关专业本科及以上学历在读，已通过国家统一法律职业资格考试者优先；
2、熟悉《民法典》《网络安全法》及电信行业监管政策，具备基础法律检索能力；
3、具备良好的文字功底和逻辑思维能力，能熟练使用 Office 办公软件及文档管理工具；
4、工作严谨细致，保密意识强，每周出勤不少于 4 天，实习期不少于 3 个月。 公司简要介绍：
