【职位概述】可转正岗位
协助供应链团队开展工厂需求、供应及订单履约相关工作，依据客户预测与确认订单保障物料供应，配合完成库存管理、订单跟进等计划类工作，有人带教。
9月起，每周实习需出勤 5 天；表现优秀可转正为正式生产计划岗位。
【工作职责】
1. 配合供应链、销售、客服协助编制需求及库存计划，跟踪安全库存、过期物料，整理库存现状、3 个月需求预测、库存消耗计划等数据报表。
2. 协助处理采购订单，跟进供应商、工厂交付进度，处理订单加急、变更等事宜；跟进进口物料、盖带寄售库存相关事务。
3. 生产料号设置转换：将生产型料号维护为采购型料号。
4. 订单转换：销售订单转采购订单（SO to PO）操作。
5. 协助完成上海生产计划相关辅助工作。
6. 在 D365 系统协助更新销售预测，输出各类库存、未结订单周报 / 月报。
7. 完成部门相关其他工作。
【任职要求】
1. 27届本科应届生优先，在上海，有供应链相关经验者优先。
2. 熟练使用 Word、Excel，具备基础数据处理能力。
3. 工作认真细心，对数字敏感，具备基础分析能力。
4. 具备良好沟通协作能力，愿意学习供应链计划业务。
5. 每周可以到岗 5 天，工作认真负责，表现优异可转正为正式生产计划。 公司简要介绍：
