Job Description:
Responsible for the operation of all the goods of the OP department, including the scope from the booking to the issuance of the bill of lading, secure delivery of each booking without accidents.

Responsibilities:
Ocean export operation
Strictly implement procedure of OP department
1.Input the booking data into the CCLOG LMS system according to the client's booking order and the requirements.
2.Follow documents process, according to the requirements of the shipping company cut off time, finish the BL, send manifests in time, to ensure that the manifest information accurately and timely to facilitate customs clearance, and container arrival report.
3.According to the bkg order, understanding the status of each step, solving urgent case and maintaining close communication with customers, and timely feedback the operation status; confirm kinds of changes.
4.Understand all kinds of extra costs that may occur in each step of operation, and feed back to the sales department and clients for confirmation at the time.
5.Check shipping agency's tally report after vessel sailed, confirm booking on board without failure.
6.Key in the LMS strictly according to the CSOP signed by the sales, and check the charges with the customer by entry.
7.After the expense checking, if the expense need to be corrected, the expense shall be updated according to MCN of the sales department, and assist the sales department and the financial department correct fee items.
8.Well follow SOP requirements for E-filing. 公司简要介绍：
