岗位概述 / Job Summary:
该岗位主要支持公司数字化建设与 AI 工具应用落地，协助完成 AI 工具调研、业务场景测试、系统运维支持、流程优化及用户培训等工作，帮助提升内部办公效率与信息系统使用体验。
This role mainly supports the company’s digitalization initiatives and the implementation of AI tools. The intern will assist with AI tool research, business scenario testing, system operation support, process optimization, and user training to help improve internal work efficiency and information system user experience.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:
1. 协助公司探索和落地 AI 工具在日常办公及业务场景中的应用，包括文档处理、数据分析、知识管理、流程优化等方向；
Assist in exploring and implementing AI tools in daily office work and business scenarios, including document processing, data analysis, knowledge management, and process optimization.
2. 负责调研和测试主流 AI 工具（ChatGPT、Claude、Copilot、豆包等），输出应用案例、操作指南及***实践；
Research and test mainstream AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Doubao, and prepare use cases, user guides, and best practices.
3. 协助优化业务流程，利用 AI 工具、自动化工具或简单脚本提升工作效率；
Assist in optimizing business processes and improving work efficiency through AI tools, automation tools, or basic scripts.
4. 负责整理和编写项目文档、培训资料、操作手册及汇报材料；
Organize and prepare project documents, training materials, operation manuals, and presentation materials.
5. 参与内部用户培训与推广，协助提升各部门 AI 工具及信息系统的使用能力；
Participate in internal user training and promotion activities to help improve departments’ ability to use AI tools and information systems.
6. 收集用户反馈，协助分析问题并提出改进建议；
Collect user feedback, assist in issue analysis, and propose improvement suggestions.
7. 完成部门安排的其他数字化建设相关工作。
Complete other digitalization-related tasks assigned by the department.
任职要求 / Requirements
? 本科及以上在读学生；
Current undergraduate students or above.
? 计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理与信息系统、人工智能、数据科学、工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先；
Majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management and Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
? 实习期不少于 6个月，每周可出勤 3 天及以上。
Available for an internship of at least 6 months, with 3 or more working days per week.

技能要求 / Skills:
? 对 AI 工具和数字化应用有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动学习和探索新技术；
Strong interest in AI tools and digital applications, with willingness to proactively learn and explore new technologies.
? 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? 熟悉 ChatGPT、Claude、Copilot、豆包等主流 AI 工具者优先；
Familiarity with mainstream AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Doubao is preferred.
? 了解 ERP、OA、CRM 等企业管理系统者优先；
Knowledge of enterprise management systems such as ERP, OA, and CRM is preferred.
? 具备 Python、SQL 等基础知识者优先；
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or related tools is preferred.
? 有自动化工具、低代码平台使用经验者优先。
Experience with automation tools or low-code platforms is preferred.
