A brief summary of the provided position as below?：
Scania has decided to install a 3rd?industrial hub in China besides the industrial installations in Europe and Latin America. The factories in the new hub will be Final Assembly, Cab Production, Engine Assembly, and Transmission Assembly with related Logistics functions.
In the role as a Logistic developer, you will be a part of an exciting journey, supporting the Logistic group manager to assure Normal Situation within the ramp up of the production in the Logistic area and its correlated activities and projects.
Engine Logistic development includes logistics layout and flow design and optimization. We are entering into a production phase and you, as our logistics developer, will work for improvements, which is aiming to have a lean Process and the new projects to pursuit a stable and efficiency processes.
Your role and scope may vary according to Logistics projects. As the Logistic developer, you will cooperate with all stakeholders in both physical flows and information flows, assuring the proper logistics process to fulfil production demand.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Logistic preparation to introduce new parts to new projects and processes
- Update plans for every part (PFEP) and figure out material feeding requirements
- Supply methods, picking operation based on ergonomic rules and workload balancing
- Design logistics layouts, logistic and material processes and equipment related
- Overall logistics flow improvements with other stakeholders
- Introduce and calculate investments for new projects
- Logistics FMEA of new projects and risk areas
- Line feeding operation failures prevention

Education and/or Experience

- Experience or knowledge in Logistics, developing area is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, logistics, supply chain or engineering is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
?
- Skills in designing and crafting solutions with Analytics and Automation platforms will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to engage effectively with software and process developers and co-work in an Agile setup
- Competence in lean, problem solving, process engineering and project management.
- Software experience in Power BI, RPA, logistics simulation, CAD is preferred
- Ability to fluently communicate in both Chinese & English, both written and spoken
- Conflict management

主要职责：
为了成功胜任此职位，个人必须能够满意地履行以下各项基本职责：

为引入新项目和新流程中的新零部件进行物流准备；
更新每个零件的计划（PFEP，即每种零件的物流计划），并确定物料配送需求；
基于人体工程学规则和工作量平衡，设计供应方法和拣货操作；
设计物流布局、物流及物料流程以及相关设备；
与其他利益相关者合作，进行整体物流流程改进；
为新项目引入方案并计算投资成本；
对新项目及风险区域进行物流 FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）；
预防线边供料操作中的故障。


任职资格：

教育背景与经验：

拥有物流或开发领域的经验或知识者优先；
首选拥有物流、供应链或工程专业的学士学位。

知识、技能与能力：

具备利用分析和自动化平台设计和构建解决方案的技能者将被视为优势；
能够有效与软件和流程开发人员互动，并在敏捷（Agile）模式下协同工作；
具备精益生产、问题解决、流程工程和项目管理方面的能力；
熟练使用 Power BI、RPA（机器人流程自动化）、物流仿真软件及 CAD 软件者优先；
具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力；
