工作职责：
1. Literature & Data Management: Assist in searching, collecting and organizing domestic and foreign technical documents, patents and industry updates, and establish a systematic database.
文献与资料管理：协助查阅和整理国内外相关技术文献、专利及行业动态，建立系统化资料库；
2. Laboratory Support: Conduct basic experiments under the guidance of supervisors, record and analyze experimental data, and organize test reports
实验辅助：在主管指导下，协助完成基础实验操作、数据记录与分
析，整理实验报告；
3. Project Support: Participate in daily R&D project follow-up, assist in simple cross-departmental communication with production, quality control and other departments.
项目支持：参与研发项目的日常跟进，协助处理跨部门（如生产、品质）的简单对接事务；
4. 负责实验室日常维护、试剂管理、仪器清洁及 5S 执行。Responsible for daily lab maintenance, reagent management, equipment cleaning and 5S implementation
5. Other tasks assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

岗位要求：
1.Major: College or bachelor student major in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.
专业背景：化工、材料等相关理工科专业在读（大专或本科均可）;
2.Learning Ability: Quick learner with solid theoretical knowledge, able to master basic laboratory skills rapidly
学习能力：思维敏捷，具备扎实的专业理论基础，能快速上手基础实验技能。
3. Detail-oriented: Rigorous working attitude, data-sensitive, with high attention to experimental details and standard operation.
严谨细致：工作态度严谨，对数据敏感，注重实验细节与规范性。
4. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
