About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support order management and business operations, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational industrial company and develop a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support the order management process, including order entry, tracking, and system maintenance.
Monitor order status and assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Maintain customer and business data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in preparing sales reports, customer service reports, and related business documents.
Support daily coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal teams.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic operational support.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Students majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
Available to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good analytical and organizational skills, with attention to data accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred.
