I. About the University

Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a public university founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, officially approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2024. 二、先进治疗研究院(筹)介绍

II. About the Institute of Advanced Therapeutics (in preparation)

先进治疗研究院(筹)以模块化、可放大的先进治疗技术产品转化为引擎,致力于为全球患者提供颠覆性疾病治疗解决方案。研究院重点布局罕见病的可治愈性治疗与重大疑难病的突破性治疗两大方向,搭建细胞治疗产品线、基因治疗产品线、核酸药物产品线、靶向递送工程、罕见病模型与验证五大核心研发板块;依托完备的组织架构体系设立三个转化中心包括:细胞治疗产品开发中心覆盖细胞分化、基因编辑、质量控制、临床前评价全链条研发工作;核酸药物与基因治疗中心开展载体优化、mRNA序列设计、ASO筛选等核心技术研发;转化医学与注册事务中心负责IIT/IND申报、IT数据管理、临床合规建设、注册路径规划。同时配套疾病模型与药效评价平台、工艺放大与质控开发平台两大赋能支撑平台作为底层保障,前者构建精准疾病模型与人源化模型支撑药效评估,后者打通从实验室研究到GMP规模化生产转化的关键环节。研究院整合细胞治疗、基因治疗、核酸药物、靶向递送等前沿技术,打通基础研究、技术开发、临床前评价、转化注册、产业化放大完整链条,面向罕见病与重大疑难疾病开发新一代先进治疗药物,推动前沿生物技术落地转化,诚邀有志于先进治疗领域的科研与转化人才加入。

The Institute of Advanced Therapeutics (IAT, in preparation) is driven by the translation of modular, scalable advanced therapy products and is committed to providing disruptive therapeutic solutions for patients worldwide. The Institute focuses on two major directions: curative therapies for rare diseases and breakthrough therapies for major refractory diseases. It has established five core R&D segments: cell therapy product line, gene therapy product line, nucleic acid drug product line, engineering of targeted delivery systems, and rare disease models and validation. Supported by a comprehensive organizational structure, the Institute houses three product development and translation centers: the Cell Therapy Product Development Center, which covers the full R&D chain of cell differentiation, gene editing, quality control, and preclinical evaluation; the Nucleic Acid Drug and Gene Therapy Center, which conducts core technology R&D including vector optimization, mRNA sequence design, and ASO screening; and the Translational Medicine and Regulatory Affairs Center, which handles IIT/IND submissions, IT data management, clinical compliance development, and regulatory pathway planning. Two enabling support platforms serve as the foundational infrastructure: the Disease Model and Efficacy Evaluation Platform, which builds precise disease models and humanized models to support efficacy assessment, and the Process Scale-up and Quality Control Development Platform, which bridges the critical transition from laboratory research to GMP-scale manufacturing. Integrating cutting-edge technologies such as cell therapy, gene therapy, nucleic acid drugs, and targeted delivery, the Institute spans the complete chain from basic research, technology development, preclinical evaluation, translational registration, to industrial scale-up. It develops next-generation advanced therapy drugs for rare and major refractory diseases and promotes the translation of cutting-edge biotechnology. Key Research Areas

1. 干细胞与基因治疗:干细胞、基因编辑(CRISPR等)、核酸(ASO、RNA等)技术在罕见病与重大疑难病中的应用;

1. Stem cell and gene therapy: applications of stem cells, gene editing (CRISPR, etc.), and nucleic acid (ASO, RNA, etc.) technologies in rare and major refractory diseases;

2. 免疫细胞治疗:工程化免疫细胞(包括MSC、CAR-T等)的开发与优化;

2. Immune cell therapy: development and optimization of engineered immune cells (including MSC, CAR-T, etc.);

3. 病毒/非病毒治疗载体的设计与递送系统开发;

3. Design of viral/non-viral therapeutic vectors and development of delivery systems;

4. 合成生物学与转化:利用合成生物学技术(基因线路、生物传感器)设计智能细胞及基因药物;

4. Synthetic biology and translation: designing smart cells and gene drugs using synthetic biology technologies (gene circuits, biosensors);

Research Professor

应已在相关的学术领域拥有持续性、高水平的学术产出和广泛的学术影响力,具有成为学科领域领军人物的潜力,有一定的国际知名度;一般应为在海内外知名大学或科研机构工作的独立PI。

Candidates should have sustained, high-level academic output and broad academic influence in the relevant field, demonstrate the potential to become a leading figure in the discipline, and possess a degree of international recognition. Typically, candidates should be independent PIs working at renowned universities or research institutions in China or abroad.

特聘副教授

Associate Professor

应已获得较为优秀的学术成果,显示出了较强的学术影响力和发展能力,其成果已经被国内外学术界认可;一般应为40岁以内,有独立发展的能力和持续发展的潜力的青年人才。

Candidates should have achieved outstanding academic results, demonstrated strong academic influence and development capacity, with their work recognized by the academic community both domestically and internationally. Typically, candidates should be young talents under 40 years of age with the ability for independent development and the potential for sustained growth.

任职条件

Qualifications

1. 已取得本领域相关专业博士学位,具有博士后经历优先;

1. A doctoral degree in a relevant field; postdoctoral experience is preferred;

2. 学科专业方向:生物学、细胞治疗、基因治疗、核酸药物、靶向递送等前沿研究方;

2. Disciplinary expertise: cutting-edge research areas such as biology, cell therapy, gene therapy, nucleic acid drugs, and targeted delivery;

3. 在本领域内发表过有影响力的论文或者,具有国家级或省部级重大科研项目申请、主持工作经验者;

3. Published influential papers in the field, with experience in applying for or leading national or provincial/ministerial major scientific research projects.

4. 具有一定的授课经验,能独立从事学术研究的能力及浓厚的学术兴趣、刻苦的钻研精神和开创性的学术思维;

4. Some teaching experience, with the ability to independently conduct academic research, strong academic interest, diligent research spirit, and pioneering academic thinking;

5. 承担课程教学,参与研究院的教学课程、产教融合平台建设;
