As the QEX Intern, you will support Quality Excellence (QEX) and Digital Quality Transformation initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, dashboard development, and quality system digitization projects to improve quality transparency, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data Analysis & Visualization

- Collect, organize, and maintain quality?related data.
- Support Power BI dashboard development and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing quality performance reports and KPI tracking.
- Perform basic data analysis and visualization tasks.

2. Process Mapping & Documentation

- Support process mapping and workflow documentation activities.
- Assist in creating process flowcharts and SOP documentation.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain process documentation and process libraries.

3. Digital Quality System Support

- Support DCC platform data preparation and document migration.
- Assist in digitizing process parameters and inspection standards.
- Support AIR4 and other digital quality system applications.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

4. Project Coordination

- Support Quality Excellence and Digital Transformation projects.
- Track project actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize project documents and meeting records.
- Prepare presentation materials and status reports.

5. Continuous Improvement Activities

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action projects.
- Assist in benchmarking and best?practice sharing activities.
- Support quality culture and QEX deployment activities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in science, IT, or Engineering.
- English proficiency at CET 4 level or above, with good spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience with academic projects involving data analysis.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or quality management.
- Interest in digital transformation, AI, or data analytics.
- Support quality culture and QEX deployment activities.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Basic data analysis capability.
- Basic PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Logical thinking and problem?solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
- Self?motivated and proactive attitude.
- Basic English reading and writing capability.
- Ability to prepare simple reports and presentations in English.
