Responsibilities:
1. Assist legal colleagues in responding to legal inquiries related to daily operations as needed.
2. Support the legal department in organizing and conducting legal training, coaching sessions, and seminars for internal clients, covering topics including but not limited to contracts, insurance, and claims.
3. Monitor the latest developments in laws and regulations, ensure the legality of company policies and assist in their continuous improvement.
4. Conduct legal research and perform translations when required.
5. Manage legal files and documents.
6. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Major in Law or Maritime Law, overseas law school background preferred.
2. High professional ethics, well-organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in scheduling and document management.
3. Strong coordination and communication skills, good risk identification insight and risk control awareness.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Proficient in both English and Chinese, with efficient communication skills in both languages. 公司简要介绍：
