工作职责描述 Job Description
1. 遵守HSE责任 Follow HSE responsibility
2. 质量数据收集与整理 Quality Data Collection and Compilation
? 协助收集质量数据，包括信息化系统基础数据，历史数据迁移等 Assist in collecting quality data， including basic data upload into digital system, history data transfer, etc.
? 对质量数据进行分类、录入、整理及初步统计分析 Classify, enter, organize, and perform preliminary statistical analysis on quality data.
? 协助维护质量台账和质量档案，确保数据的完整性和可追溯性 Help maintain quality ledgers and archives to ensure data integrity and traceability.
? 配合工程师制作质量报表、图表及PPT汇报材料 Support engineers in preparing quality reports, charts, and PPT presentation materials.
3. 客户退货零件跟踪处理ENQA Parts Tracking and Handling
? 协助登记客户退货零件信息，建立退货跟踪台账 Assist in logging customer return ENQA part information and setting up a return tracking ledger.
? 跟进退货零件的检验、分析、维修及返库全流程进度 Follow up on the entire process of inspection, analysis, repair, and return-to-stock for returned parts
? 协助整理退货分析报告所需的基础数据和资料 Help compile basic data and documentation required for return analysis reports
? 与仓库、生产、工程等部门沟通协调，推动退货及时处理 Coordinate with warehouse, production, engineering, and other departments to facilitate timely handling of returns
4. NADCAP审核准备支持 NADCAP Audit Preparation Support
? 协助梳理和整理NADCAP审核所需的技术文件、工艺规范及质量标准 Assist in reviewing and organizing technical documents, process specifications, and quality standards required for NADCAP audits
? 协助核对设备校验记录、人员资质证书及培训记录 Help verify equipment calibration records, personnel qualification certificates, and training records
? 参与审核前的自查准备，协助记录整改项及跟踪关闭情况 Participate in pre audit self preparation, assist in recording non conformities and tracking their closure
? 整理审核相关的档案资料，确保文件齐全、规范 Organize audit related archives to ensure all documents are complete and properly formatted
5. 实验室物料采购 Laboratory Material Procurement

任职资格 Qualification
1. 本科及以上学历，铸造、机械、材料、计算机等相关专业优先 Bachelor at least; majored in casting, mechanics, materials or related majors
2. 熟悉办公室软件，会使用Power BI. Proficient in using office software and Power BI
3. 英语四级以上，听说流利 Passed CET-4, fluent in listening and speaking. 公司简要介绍：
