Key Responsibilities

● Participate in the development of electronic control and diagnostic functions for internal combustion engines, power systems, and powertrain products, including control strategy design, algorithm development, calibration optimization, and performance validation.
● Participate in control and diagnostic requirements analysis, function decomposition, and system design based on customer needs and product functional requirements; develop control algorithms that meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
● Utilize simulation, modeling, calibration, and testing tools to carry out control function development, performance tuning, fault diagnostic analysis, and problem resolution.
● Participate in the development and execution of Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP&R); complete control system functional verification, system testing, and related technical documentation.
● Support continuous improvement of control development processes and tools, including requirements management, modeling and simulation, software development, calibration testing, and product lifecycle maintenance.
● Analyze and resolve technical issues related to control systems, diagnostic functions, and associated subsystems during development and application; drive issues to closed-loop resolution.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software, systems, electrical, mechanical, testing, manufacturing, and customers to drive project objectives and ensure successful product delivery.
● Continuously learn and master advanced control technologies to enhance professional capabilities; actively participate in team knowledge sharing and technical improvement activities.
主要工作职责

● 参与内燃机、动力系统及动力总成等产品的电子控制与诊断功能开发，包括控制策略设计、算法开发、标定优化及性能验证。
● 根据客户需求及产品功能要求，参与控制与诊断需求分析、功能分解和系统设计，开发满足性能、可靠性及法规要求的控制算法。
● 运用仿真、建模、标定及测试工具，开展控制功能开发、性能调校、故障诊断分析及问题解决工作。
● 参与设计验证计划与报告（DVP&R）的制定和执行，完成控制系统功能验证、系统测试及相关技术文档编写。
● 支持控制开发流程和工具的持续改进，包括需求管理、建模仿真、软件开发、标定测试及产品生命周期维护等工作。
● 分析并解决控制系统、诊断功能及相关子系统在开发和应用过程中的技术问题，推动问题闭环解决。
● 与软件、系统、电气、机械、测试、制造及客户等跨职能团队紧密合作，推动项目目标达成和产品成功交付。
● 持续学习和掌握先进控制技术，提升专业能力，并积极参与团队知识共享和技术改进活动。

Education Background

● Bachelor's degree or above;
● Majors in Automation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Computer Science, or other related engineering or STEM disciplines;
● A master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
● Language Proficiency:
● CET-6 or above; able to read English technical materials and conduct basic technical communication;
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are preferred.
学历背景

● 本科及以上学历。
● 自动化、控制工程、电气工程、电子信息工程、车辆工程、机械工程、能源与动力工程、计算机科学等相关工程或 STEM 专业，相关专业硕士学历优先。
● 英语六级及以上，能够阅读英文技术资料并进行基本技术沟通，具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力者优先。

Skills & Competencies

● Solid understanding of control theory, automatic control principles, signal processing, system modeling, and simulation;
● Familiarity with electronic control systems, mechatronic systems, and open/closed-loop control principles;
● Understanding of control algorithm development, calibration, verification & validation (V&V), and fault diagnostic processes;
● Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools is preferred;
● Familiarity with CAN communication, ECU control systems, and engine or powertrain control systems is preferred;
● Data analysis capabilities with the ability to apply statistical analysis methods for problem analysis and decision-making;
● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

● 熟悉电子控制系统、机电一体化系统及开环/闭环控制原理。
