Job Descriptions：
1. Resolve employees' daily computer software and hardware issues (e.g., system installation, network faults, peripheral debugging, etc.)
解决员工日常电脑软硬件问题（如系统安装、网络故障、外设调试等）
2. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment such as printers and projectors.
协助处理打印机、投影仪等办公设备的维护与故障排查
3. Compile IT operation manuals and training materials according to user requirements (e.g., software usage guides, fault handling procedures)
根据用户需求编写 IT 操作手册、培训教材（如软件使用指南、故障处理流程）
4. Register and count IT fixed assets (e.g., computers, servers, network devices), and update the asset ledger
登记、盘点 IT 固定资产（如电脑、服务器、网络设备），更新资产台账
5. Assist in completing processes such as equipment procurement and scrapping
协助完成设备采购、报废等流程
6. Sort out and file IT department documents (e.g., technical solutions, meeting minutes, project reports)
整理归档 IT 部门文档（如技术方案、会议纪要、项目报告）
7. Assist with other administrative tasks assigned by the department
协助完成部门交办的其他行政事务

Job Requirements：
1. Junior or above undergraduate student majoring in Computer-related disciplines
计算机相关专业大三及以上在读学生
2. Familiar with installation and configuration of Windows system and common office software.
熟悉 Windows 系统及常见办公软件的安装与配置
3. Possess basic network knowledge (e.g., IP configuration, router settings)
具备基础网络知识（如 IP 配置、路由器设置）
4. Able to independently complete simple hardware troubleshooting
能独立完成简单硬件故障排查
5. Strong communication skills, able to clearly understand user needs and provide solutions
沟通能力强，能清晰理解用户需求并提供解决方案
6. Strong sense of responsibility with good service awareness and team spirit
责任心强，具备服务意识与团队协作精神
7. Excellent document writing ability, capable of creating concise and easy-to-understand training materials
文档编写能力优秀，能制作简洁易懂的培训材料
8. Relevant internship experience in IT operation & maintenance or technical support, or related club activities experience is preferred
有 IT 运维、技术支持实习或社团活动经验者优先
9. Familiar with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell is preferred
