· Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Apps applications.

· Support Power Apps administration, including user access management, troubleshooting, and system documentation.

· Collaborate with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.

· Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.

· Support data collection, analysis, and visualization through Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools.

· Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality management systems and business processes.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
