2. About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven technical writer to join our technical documentation team. In this role, you will turn technical data from engineering teams into clear, structured documentation for both internal and external audiences. You will ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, accessible documentation throughout the entire lifecycle of semiconductor products.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong language skills, technical curiosity, and a willingness to grow in structured technical writing within a technology-focused environment.
3. Key Responsibilities
Keywords: Data Management, Technical Documentation and Cross-functional Communication
- Collect, organize, and maintain product definitions, technical specifications, and raw data;
- Produce and maintain documentation, including datasheets, manuals, and internal reference materials;
- Create clear and accurate technical diagrams to visually represent system architecture, functional relationships, and hardware concepts;
- Analyze and summarize new technologies and technical information, producing structured references to support documentation and decision-making;
- Prepare technical awareness materials to help target audiences understand product capabilities and clarify technical differences;
- Bridge cross-functional communication between engineering, project management, and client-facing teams to ensure clear, accurate and efficient technical messaging.

任职资格:
1. Required Qualifications
Education & Language Skills
- Master’s degree or above in a language-related or engineering field;
- Strong English proficiency with formal training or certifications in language, intepreting, translation or writing;
- Solid command of written English, with the ability to produce clear, precise, and professional documentation.
Experience
- Language-related internships or project experiences demonstrating structured writing skills;
- Exposure to interdisciplinary projects, with interest in learning beyond a single academic domain.

- Conceptual Writing: able to explain technical concepts clearly and in a structured, audience-aware manner;
- Document Proofreading: able to carefully review complete documents, identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguous statements, and suggest improvements;
- Information Organization: able to organize scattered or raw information into logical, coherent structures suitable for documentation;
- Learning Agility: able to quickly learn new technical topics, identify key information, and integrate it into knowledge repositories;
- Attention to Detail: demonstrates accuracy and consistency when handling definitions, terminology, and structured content.
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technical or engineering teams, preferably in technology- or semiconductor-related environments;
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to support writing, editing, or technical learning;
- Interest in learning industry-standard documentation workflows and tools;
