Responsibilities
- Provide centralized HR support across Global Rewards, Talent & Leadership Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
- Standardize HR processes and respond to employee and manager inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects
- Identify issues affecting employee experience and drive process improvements
- Improve HR workflows, metrics, and system efficiency
- Support system requirements, automation, and self-service solutions for HR processes
- Assist with testing and system configuration as needed
- Provide professional and confidential support to leaders, managers, and employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and above degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong interest in Human Resources and willingness to build a career in HR
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and confidentiality awareness
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Interest in HR systems, data analysis, process improvement, and digital HR solutions preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
