Responsibilities
- Provide on-site education and consultation to customers
- Support field teams in delivering the best customer outcomes and service
- Partner with Sales to develop and execute business plans
- Support conventions, forums, meetings, and other customer-facing activities to build product awareness
- Work closely with Clinical and Sales teams to support customer cases and sales activities
- Identify growth opportunities and support execution with Sales and Clinical Support teams
- Serve as a technical resource for assigned medical products or solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, or a related field
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge related to assigned products or therapeutic areas
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, hospitals, and other locations as required
