Creation Center Shanghai is adidas' creative extension hub in Greater China - a place where local culture, consumer insight and design ambition come together. The Trainee Experience
This is not a program built around watching from the sidelines. It is an immersive entry into product creation, designed for emerging creatives who want to learn by making, experimenting and collaborating. You will gain hands-on exposure to real design challenges, sharpen your creative point of view, and build the foundations to become one of the next generations of design leaders at Creation Center Shanghai.

What You Will Explore
- Rotate across functions and categories to see how ideas become products.
- Work on live creative briefs and build hands-on product creation experience.
- Connect with adidas Global Product Creation Centers and an international design community.
- Explore design resources, digital tools and learning platforms that help bring ideas to life.
- Learn in a fast-moving studio culture where curiosity, experimentation and collaboration are encouraged.
