Key Responsibilities
? Support the development and enhancement of the APAC Customer Service SharePoint site.
? Create and maintain SharePoint pages, navigation menus, and document libraries.
? Organize and structure SOPs, training materials, FAQs, and business documents.
? Design webpage layouts, banners, icons, and visual content.
? Assist with content migration, site testing, and user experience improvements.
? Prepare site maintenance guides and handover documentation for long-term ownership.
Requirements
? Website design experience or related background (Visual Communication Design, Digital Media Technology, Computer Science, etc.) preferred.
?
? Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
? Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
? Good English communication and writing skills.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
? Experience with Canva, Copilot, or other AI tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
? Prior experience in website creation, SharePoint site development, webpage design, or content management is highly preferred.
? Experience maintaining intranet sites, knowledge portals, or digital workplace platforms is a plus.
? Basic understanding of webpage layout, navigation structure, and user experience (UI/UX).
? Experience with Power BI integration is a plus.
