Responsibilities

1.Review T&L reimbursement:
? Review and verify employee expense reimbursement applications, ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
? Check the authenticity, validity and completeness of invoices, receipts and supporting documents
? Identify abnormal or non-compliant expenses, communicate with relevant departments for correction and follow-up.
? Complete expense auditing in a timely manner, ensure smooth reimbursement payment process.
? Sort and archive expense documents, assist in financial data statistics and reconciliation.
? Regularly summarize audit problems, optimize expense review standards and processes

2. Invoice booking:
? Receive, sort and pre process supplier invoices, verify invoice basic information against PO, delivery notes and receiving documents.
? Complete accurate and timely invoice booking in ERP system, ensure accounting entries are correctly recorded.
? Check invoice compliance including tax information, invoice validity, amount and vendor master data consistency.
? Identify discrepancies between invoice, PO and goods receipt, follow up with purchasing and vendors for resolution
Basic Qualifications:
? Current undergraduate students majoring in Accounting, Finance or Economics are preferred..
? Familiar with Excel, PPT and financial databases
