Job description

1.Support exhibition and event preparations, such as coordinate with venue owner/organizer, booth plan, onsite coordination, exhibition move-in/out, pre-setup, exhibits logistic, assembly co-work, drawing, advertisement materials, other service checking, divisional communication etc.

2.Assist in PR and advertisement activities;

3.Assist in localization of materials such as brochures, digital materials, provide sales support and presentation management, etc.;

4.Support maintaining corporate & product literature, such as brochures, catalogues, posters, etc. and arrange the translation, layout, publication and distribution of such literature;

Require period:
15th September to 15th December
Current student with strong written English skills.

4.负责维护企业及产品宣传资料（如宣传册、产品目录、海报等），并统筹相关资料的翻译、排版、印制及分发工作；
