在合规团队指导下，你将参与以下工作：
? 支持反贿赂反腐败、利益冲突、公平竞争等合规项目的日常工作
? 协助进行第三方/相关方背景调查，包括信息收集、初步风险识别及结果整理
? 支持合规调查或内部评估中的资料整理、记录和跟进
? 协助合规培训相关工作（如培训材料准备、案例整理、数据汇总等）
? 支持贸易合规、出口管制或制裁相关的基础研究与信息整理（如适用政策、名单筛查支持）
? 协助更新合规台账、流程文件及内部报告
? 完成合规团队安排的其他支持性工作

任职要求
基本要求
? 在校本科或研究生，国际法、国际贸易、经济、管理、政治学等相关专业优先
? 对企业合规、风险管理、或跨国公司治理有明确兴趣
? 具备良好的中英文读写能力（能阅读英文政策、合同或合规材料）
能力与素质
? 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的保密意识
? 逻辑清晰，具备基本的分析和总结能力
? 良好的沟通能力，能与不同职能团队合作
? 熟练使用 Office（Word / Excel / PowerPoint）
加分项（非必须）
? 有合规、法务、审计、咨询或跨国企业实习经验
? 对反贿赂、制裁、出口管制、人权或隐私保护有基础了解
